Rapid Weight Loss Program

Hey guys! Just wanted to keep you updated with all that is going on. My current exercise program is nothing but intense. I have been concentrating on atleast 1 hour of cardio in the morning and 1 hour cardio at night. In addition I have been doing free weights with an emphasis on light weight and high reps. This is to increase endurance as well as burn more calories. My current weight is 225 pounds. I have a goal of 210 pounds (loss of 15 pounds) by march 15th.

Some extra things I have been doing involve doing p90x for an hour every other day. I gotta say I really love this program. The founder of the program (tony horton) really kicks your butt. I love the combination of weight training and fat burning cardio. I also have been taking a multi-vitamin as well as a energy supplement. I really feel committed to this goal and need every advantage I can get. Look out for more info.
